Shipping Information
All samples are dispatched via Royal Mail Second Class postal service within the UK and EU countries.
For international shipments outside of these regions, we can arrange delivery upon request and provide an invoice accordingly. Alternatively, customers may choose to use their own carrier account.
Samples are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days from the date of order.

Please Note:
Due to the rising costs of fabric, shipping, sample materials, and postal services, we have revised our sample ordering policy. Customers may now request up to six free swatches within a six-month period.

Should you require additional swatches or shade cards beyond this allowance, they can be purchased at the following rates:

• £1.25 per swatch card (plus delivery & VAT)

• £5.00 per shade card (plus delivery & VAT)
